Pit Type Washing Machine

Vertical Loading Washing Machine is in-line equipment for washing of charges before heat treatment and after oil quenching in Pit Type Carburising and hardening furnace set up. The pre-washing removes the carried over cutting oil and the post washing removes the quenching oil and makes it suitable for loading the charge in the tempering furnace. The nozzle arrangement ensures efficient cleaning of the charge, first by hot water spray and then by cold rinse.
