Shaker Hearth Furnace

Versatile Heat Treat Make shaker Hearth Furnace are ideal for bright hardening of small components up to length of 130 mm length specially fasteners under protective atmosphere. Special designs are possible for more than 130mm length.

Batch quantity work piece are manual/ automatically loaded on the front end of the hearth which carries them into the furnace and out at other end. A pneumatic shaker quick return mechanism ensures the transport of work pieces by providing jerks to the shaker.

Normally a conveyorised oil quenching tank is used for quenching and transporting the material from the quenching tank to outside but a special austempering salt can be also provided to Marqurnch/Austemper the components where distortion is to be controlled.
